At work
Rachel is our Client Relationship Manager; customer service is the name of her game. With a background in customer service and hospitality, our clients are in safe hands with Rachel.
Day-to-day you can find Rachel engaging with potential and existing clients, she takes all initial information and will arrange appointments with our Mortgage Advisers.
Rachel’s role enables her to speak with clients regularly, she loves chatting and getting to know each one of them. Rachel may well be the first person you speak to!
At home
Outside of work, Rachel loves to swim. Recently she has been getting into wild swimming. She has set herself the goal of taking part in one of the outdoor swimming events such as ‘The Great Scottish Swim’.
Most weekends, you can find Rachel curled up, getting lost in a good book or binging a series or two on Netflix!
Rachel also loves going to the Theatre, so much so, she studied Drama and Theatre Arts at University. She is a huge fan of stand-up comedy and gigs – any kind of live performance. The Edinburgh Fringe Festival is her idea of heaven.
