At work
Elaine is our first point of contact for new clients. Day-to-day you can find Elaine introducing the company to new customers, engaging in friendly welcoming chat with out customers, gathering information, arranging appointments and liasing with clients throughout their mortgage journey.
With 30 years of customer service and a background in retail finance, putting the customer first is always her top priority.
At home
Outside of work, Elaine enjoys family quiz nights, she’s known to be competitive! Cooking, especially for her 2 sons who like to come round for their favourite meals. Cuddles with her new baby granddaughter.
She also loves crime and thriller movies and enjoys watching in different languages. Holidays and travel, especially the Greek islands, Santorini being her fav so far.
Her three dream dinner guests would be Robert De Niro, Gordon Ramsay and Snoop Dogg.
